My complaint:
There is a p2p option in the okx, in that buyer can buy okx tokens with the money from other okx user. I made the payment to sellar after that there is no paid option button to that order. I struggled to find that as there is no option at that time on that order.even seller also checked the same. That order is in time bound. Time over order got cancelled automatically and buyer does not have a option to extend the time of order. Immediately I have raised the dispute but though they are saying updated that just reaching seller not updated me that seller utilised the fault of order. after 6 hours they mentioned that seller utilised his token and I am in loss which is not at all acceptable. Due to portal issue sellar took advantage so I asked them to settle my tokens and let them recover from sellar but they are not reveal of those tokens just closed my compliments. kindly take necessary action against them

They have to settle my token before 31st December
