My complaint:
I invested $5100 with an OKX Account Manager, and before transferring funds to the OKX platform, he tells that company policy has changed its policy and I need to increase my investment to $9,000. I tell I don’t want to do that and ask for a refund of my initial investment.
He tells me it can’t be done and that my funds are at OKX and can’t be returned unless I send $750 to OKX’ corporate office as a non/ refundable fee. Having just been swindled out of $5,100 I refused to do that because it didn’t sound legitimate. What can I do?
