My complaint:
After a 3-week vacation, we arrived home on August 19, 2023 and discovered that 15 ceiling , 2 ceiling fan and under-the-counter LED lights, as well as our sprinkler system, were not working. Contacted OGE about the problem. An OGE employee checked the voltages, coming into the meter, for any abnormalities. Everything was good and it was suggested having an electrician check the circuit breaker box for loose connections, which I did. Everything was good and the only explanation he had for our problem was a power surge. Tried filing a claim, with OGE, but was unable to talk to anyone.
Suggested solution:
Pay for damages caused by a power surge.
