My complaint:
Since the ice storm, which my power was off for 12 days. Since restoration my lights have been flickering, power going and off or goes off for a extended period of time. I’ve put numerous work orders in for the last month. With no luck. Lights, power doing the same thing. Cant talk to anybody that knows what’s going on? If u can get ahold of anybody period. I’m losing food and its costing me money.
Suggested solution:
Talk to the customer. Let them know what's going on.
