My complaint:

Yes my complaint against oge is I’ve called several months ago when I found out someone is using my info for a electric bill for one I do not live at the address nor do I know any one residing in that address where there is a active account still in my name now this will not fall on me about any bill owed cause for one I’ve called months ago about it and no actions has taken place I’ve called three other time about the situation and yet nothing has been done so if this person doesn’t pay my bill and then your company is quick to send it to debt collector I do not want the electric on at 1545 south west 30 the virginia ave this was to be taken care months upon months ago so do I take legal matter cause you in fine print says we protect our og@e customers information well you haven’t and this should be red flagged I want that bill shut off I will not wait for another 24hrs you had several months and still have not took any actions I’ve asked to secure my account so know I’m so insulted cause for one that bill remains on Due to your employees negligence
