My complaint:
Oge came out service meters and placed in wrong location switching peoples meters so they had wrong or someone else’s meter usage. Then they corrected problem only after a. Customer caled about high utility bill. Then they sent out letters not stating their error or any compensation for mix up due to their negligence of service. With outrages new charges for usage that would’ve been paid normally if proper meter was in tact. They offer no compassion or apologies just hey you being billed wrong usage as though you moved up meters. No sincere customer service. Just hey pay your bill it’s what you really used .Especially during a pandemic where you are already struggling to pay your monthly bills. Then they slap you with a huge bill and say now pay it. No discount no real illustration as to how they came up with figure. Just it’s your usage on wrong meter we mixed up. Now how much do these workers earn to screw things up and no repercussion for mistake. Oge needs to be regulated and investigated for their type of unfair practices. Just another greedy corporate institution.
Suggested solution:
They first apologize for the inconvenience and mistake. They should treat people long time on time paying customers with respect and gratitude. They should offer some even if a percentage off extremely large bill slapping customer in face with due to their negligence a small discount and more than 6 months plus current bill due.
