My complaint:
I was treated as if I were a second-class citizen and ignorant at the same time it took them a full three days to finally respond to my complaint that I filed with them and even then they only half ass answered it they do not properly inform people of how things go and then expect when it’s somebody’s first time that there’s going to be no issues when I ask them questions about it they don’t even respond and when they do they give a cookie cutter response to the wrong issue when somebody accepts a offer they’ve got three days to ship it out and I kept asking when I was going to get paid so that I could ship it and they didn’t let me know until the third day when I had left multiple questions I’d had my listing up for about 4 months now and it kind of seems funny that they did not happen to say this or that was wrong with it yet let it continue to go through way that they knew good and well that it was going to have issues they do not have the customers best interest on either the sale side or the purchaser side be very very cautious whenever using them because they don’t care one bit about who is buying or selling what
Suggested solution:
First and foremost an apology would be a start and then maybe they should make things a whole lot clearer and respond in a timely manner because if something supposed to be sold and shipped in 3 days they should not wait until the third day to finally respond to the question that had been being asked since the second that it sold their customer service sucks and don't think that you're going to get any bit of help out of them because they don't seem to give a crap about anybody who uses their site it's at their convenience not at the customers convenience
