My complaint:
I ordered a pair of vases and a bowl, both Capodimonte and two different transactions, one for the pair of aces in the other for the bowl with the lid. These items arrived, they were all broken. I immediately requested a refund. All of these items came from the same individual in Yonkers, New York. The whole time she and I have been in communication. Within a day, I had everything back in the mail to her with the packing slip sent to me. I put the same packing slips on everything, which was my mistake, since it was all going to the same woman. One of the items was refunded immediately, but because I used the wrong return paper for the two vases, it was never scanned in and it appeared to Offerup that the seller never got it. I emailed offer up numerous times let them know of the mistake, and that the seller had all her items. The seller even emailed them to let them know. However, it’s very hard to communicate via email. Each time they responded, even after I sent pictures and proof, they just didn’t get it and were not helpful at all. This all went on for weeks! Not only did they not refund me what I paid, but they also withheld the money from the seller, so she could refund me. When the seller got the money, she only received $108 instead of the $150 I paid, because they kept their percentage!!!!!! I will never use this site again, and either will the seller. The warn about scams, but are the scam. I could see if I didn’t catch my mistake and reach out to let them know, however there are ton of emails between us with no resolution. Even though the seller didn’t get 150 from them, she refunded me on this day 150 which was money out of her own pocket, for their lack of assistance and understanding. The $174 references in the emails below was the other item from the seller that broke during shipping, that was refunded. You cannot make a mistake and them ASAP with this app…Two boxes, one with the vases and the other with the bowl..

They need to give the seller all the money, as she refunded me the whole amount, or they can refund me and I can give her back her money.
