My complaint:

We are Managing Agent of the above referenced property, flat 4, 91 Gloucester Place W1U 6JG. The energy supplier was AVRO and it has ceased trading in September 21 due to bankruptcy and the supplier was automatically moved to Octopus Energy.

We have sent several emails as they keep sending emails to our Managing Director Mr Radi Siha who is not resident in the property at all. The property was empty and we kept demanding to remove his name. We then changed to Jose Negrin as on 1st December and the reading was 94052, as we will be paying the bill on behalf of the tenant and the first bill arrived on 23rd December 21, including gas while we informed them on several occasions, there is no gas in the property at all. It is all electric. You can send a specialist engineer to inspect the property to prove our point.

If this matter is not resolved within the next 48 hours, removing Radi Siha name and correct the new bill, you will leave us no choice but to pass the matter to our legal department.

Suggested solution:

Remove our Chairman Mr Radi Siha from the bills as he is no occupying the property.
Amend he bill in Jose Negrin as there is no gas meter in the property and no gas at all.
