My complaint:
I was £1400 in credit. Asked bulb for a refund . Outcome bulb took my credit and issued me with a bill of £419 in debit. I have to pay this at £ 144 per month . How can this happen. Bulb leave you on line until phone l line disconnects. I am now with octopus so pay octopus £144 direct debit each month until debt is payed. Then i can reduce my payments.
Suggested solution:
By returning my £1400 credit.
