My complaint:

I bought an antivirus yesterday, and tried to install it. I tried 5 times then phoned I told the person who answered the phone that I did not want to have a subscription as I had purchased a antivirus card.
I was assured that it was necessary to give my bank details before the antivirus could be activated. I reluctantly did so, the phone answerer told me that the bank details would be deleted and that I was not signing up for a subscription. This is not the case my yahoo account says I have signed up for a subscription.

Suggested solution:

By doing what was promised and deleting my bank details, I have explicitly said that I do not want a subscription
