My complaint:
I do not like be told I have to buy something and being told it has been taken out of my account. The people answering the phone are extremely rude, impossible to understand with their accents. I did not order Norton, Do Not want Norton. No one else in my family needs Norton. Please be sure that this is taken care of. I have filed a complaint with the authorities. Patrick Demers is not a good fit for customer service. You also cannot send a reply to Patrick asking him to refund the account.
Suggested solution:
Stop saying you are going to take my money. Without my permission.
