My complaint:
Contacted Norton via live chat. Said they could merge a code, I gave code and they activated then said they could not merge. I was then told code NOT activated and I that I could use at a later date. 2.5 hours on live chat still no resolve, said they would esculate then you never hear from them again. I now have a extra Norton 360 1 year 3 user licence on my account that has 0 of 3 users. Just told they would esculate but as usual they do noothing. Also found not getting the full protection I used to get. I have been loyal to Norton since the early 90’s. Not a happy customer!
Suggested solution:
Give me a new code.
