My complaint:
It’s been a few months since I started using a dedicated IP address provided by the NordVPN company. At the beginning, let’s say the first month, everything was working very well and smooth. I did not have any issues at all and was satisfied with my purchase. However, for the last few weeks up until August, when I stopped using the services, I had been having problems with the stability of the internet connection to the point where I had to stop using it as it was making it impossible for me to work.
Basically what had been happening – every day multiple times a day, the internet speed with VPN on dropped from let’s say 60 mbs to 2 mbs, or 10 mbs – basically a very low number. And at this point, when I was on a work call with a customer, I couldn’t hear anything as the call was getting interrupted every time the speed dropped. This was happening repeatedly for weeks. I had been on the live chat because of this multiple times, I followed all the recommended steps, but none worked.
I sent an email directly to the NordVPN company’s email (support@nordvpn.com) over a month ago, but I have not gotten any reply or help at all.
I would like to request a partial refund for the time I have not been using their services. I paid 63.74 euro for a 1 year premium subscription and 75.36 euro for a dedicated IP address, both paid for on the 13th of April 2022. I had to stop using their services on the 3rd of August 2022. I was using NordVPN for the total of 5 months.

I would like to request a partial refund for the time I have not been using their services, so from the 3rd of August until the end of the yearly subscription.
