My complaint:
I have been a long time customer with nordstorm .I had the worst customer service yesterday while purchasing some shoes. The sales person was not happy to help me the whole time. She rolled her eyes and never introduced herself to me. I had said thank you multiple times and she didn’t response at all. I have only asked her to get 2 pairs for me to try and she said and you want that one too? in annoying way. I have never been treated like that in Nordstrom before and I also ended up buying a pair of shoes from her. I probably won’t go back to Nordstrom because of this experience.
