My complaint:
Went to return Item after 4-days, she store manager herself label it final sale ,where as it was regular item but she disrespectfully said it is final sale, without any up front poster for final sale nor on check out counter it was told final sale. She by herself label it final sale disrespectfully. She is not capable or suitable for this job bringing bad name to the company. She should definitely be moved to another where she has not to interact with customers.
Suggested solution:
Such kind of disrespectful behaviour store manager should not stay on this job, she should be moved to another place where she has not to disrespect customers bringing bad name for the whole company. NF policy is to return items with original receipt with in 14-days, where as it was after 4-days with receipt.
