My complaint:

On Monday morning I was at the Self Check Out when the Manager, Mr. Tim Murphy approached me and said you put a soap in your bag. I was shocked and I responded, I did not put any soap in my bag. He said that the person looking at the cameras saw me put a soap in my bag. I opened my bag for him and realizing that he was wrong he muttered Am sorry. I was upset, confused and humiliated by this incident and one of the cashiers had to assist me to complete the transaction with my Visa Card.
I am a retired Bank Manager from Trinidad and I worked at a Financial Institution over 40 years with an unblemished record. It is clear that this guy does not have any Emotional Intelligence because he has spoken to me on previous occasions. I can no longer patronize this grocery because of this
unfortunate incident.
