My complaint:
Stains from nive roll on appeared on fabric under the arms. I have washed it and I cannot seem to remove it. The navy fabric has been discouroured. I cannot get this resolved. How can I remove the stain? It has gone into the fabric

advise a solution or financially compensate me, I will ahve to throw dress away
