My complaint:
Good day,
My girls and I have been using Nivea for years and got my mother to use it too.
However it is rather annoying when the packaging or names change as regularly as it does. Every month I need to see what it was that I was using as it is not the same as the last month.
Could you kindly send me samples of your range so my mother, girls and I can see exactly what is best for our skins as what we were using is not the same.
This is becoming a huge problem

I need samples for sensitive skin, normal and ageing skin. As I have a range here and not one is the same.
