My complaint:
Hi. I am a very disappointed customer especially with nivea being such a good brand. My mum purchased the nivea q10 day cream and night cream, after two uses she started feeling her skin itchy, the red and eventually it’burnt her skin, red patches all over as u will see in the pictures I provided . Her skin is damaged because of this . We seen the reviews of this product and decided to try it since she needed to get onto a good product that will benefit her skin. However the results are horrible. She doesn’t work and my dad is a pensioner, they spent almost 600 on this product, what waste of money, she cannot use it again and the store will not accept it cos it has been opened and used. Very disappointed customer service. A refund for this product will be highly appreciated. Absolutely dissatisfied
