My complaint:
I have been calling ninja customer service for the past 3 weeks now. All I want is my return label for my ninja creami breeze. They keep giving me the same excuse of the system is down and that is why I have not received my label. Whenever I want to speak to a supervisor, they tell me that they are in a meeting. Are they always in a meeting when I call? 24/7? I have called ninja canada, ninja US, sent an email to ninja UK, and nothing. To this day, I still do not have my return label! The representatives that I speak to on my phone tells me that they understand my frustration. They do not! They always tell me to wait for the label within 24-48 hours, and nothing. They also told me that a supervisor will reach out to me within 24-48 hours, and still nothing. What kind of bs is this? Such a well known company and they are having a hard time issuing a refund??
