My complaint:
order number 101003208126. Very disappointed to receive my delivery in this state. Especially as I have been waiting months for it to be in stock. Have a birthday party this weekend and planned to use this to cook for my guests. I dunt understand how a usedrefurbished and damaged product. Made it past checks to be sent out to a customer as brand new. Called to complain and request a replacement. But I was advised none were available. And there was no way to the customer service agent to put me on a back order list. I would simply have to keep looking everyday for stock. Like
A normal customer. So I have to wait once again for this product. I even had to fight to get the faulty product picked up. The customer service person I spoke was trying to get me to pay £15 to get it picked up by DPD. I was highly disappointed with the service and customer I received from Ninja shark. No sorry, compensation or sympathy. For a paying customer. Who has been left in highly compromised position.
