Ninja Kitchen complaint: Missing items box was all tapped up could see i was sent a returned item

My complaint:

Box was all tapped up so was obviously a returned item that i received missing parts and dident receive my bbq pellets had to phone 4 times in same day as only got email to say replacement bbq reordered then phone again as only 1 packet of bbq pellets reordered so now gotta wait in for multiple deliveries

Suggested solution:

Would like to be offered a discount
