My complaint:
We purchased a set of Ninja cookware 8 months ago,
To our surprise, the bottom soup pots have white spots and the bottom started peering off.
Contacted with Ninja cookware client service. It would take three weeks or more to receive the replacement.
One week later, we still can’t trace the shipping order,
Very frustrated and inconvenient.
Will not purchase Ninja cookware and related products anymore.
Suggested solution:
We need those pots for cooking daily.
Instead of waiting for three weeks or more, alternative solution should have been considered.
My wife is very upset.
