My complaint:
The standard lid on this fryer does not remove but rather it flips up and to the left. Due to the height it cannot sit on the counter. So you are forced to carry it in and out of your pantry. With the lid flipped up (which you have to do in order to put the second lid on) the machine is so off balance I dropped it twice…once on my foot. Fortunately I had a shoe on or this would have certainly broken my foot. THis is an extremely poor design and hazardous. This could have been avoided simply by allowing the lid to detach just like the second lid. this is pure negligence.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back and take this thing away from me.
