My complaint:
Purchased a 7in1 cooker and just after a year of use it has come up with en Error 8 code so stopped working
Asked customer service how to fix they advised I need to buy a new one ! They created these error codes yet can’t explain what they mean nor how to fix them and are now ignoring all my emails. It’s absolutely disgraceful.
Suggested solution:
Provide a new cooker, or atleast explain how to fix the error code to get it working again !
