My complaint:
I placed an order for a 9-in-1 multi cooker from Ninja at a cost of £179.99 as a gift for my brother. What arrived was a stock pot! Nothing like what ordered and paid for. I have sent emails and messaged through Facebook and Twitter, zero reply for anyone. I am out of pocket and sick of this company, I want a full refund or the product I ordered to be delivered, instead I have deafening silence.

Refund my money in full or deliver the correct product immediately
