My complaint:
I ordered 2 Nike tech jackets from Nike.com and they sent the wrong size. I am a teacher so this was a school purchase. The jackets came in and had our school logo put on it. By the time I got it I realized it was the wrong size. Called Nike and they had zero accountability for their role in sending me the wrong size.
Suggested solution:
Send me the size I ordered and payed for.
