My complaint:

Dear,

On 23.12.2022. Looking at your online page, I noticed that there is a discount on certain items.

The same day on 23.12.2022. I placed two orders: G10102135353 and G10102129551

After you ed my order, I paid for them with PayPal and the money was taken from my account. So, you presented the price, I accepted your offer and we concluded a contract based on which you charged me for the ordered products.

On day 24.12.2022. I received your email thanking me for the purchase, stating how you received the money and sending me the invoice (attachment).

On day 27.12.2022. you send me an email that the ordered products are not in stock and that you have canceled my order, however, all the ordered products are still available on your site and available for purchase in the size that I ordered.(attachment) How is it possible that you unilaterally canceled my order for the ordered products claiming that they are no longer in stock, and at the same time you have them on your web site and they can be ordered in the size that I ordered??

Due to all of the above, I object to your email about canceling the orders and request that you deliver the products I ordered at the price I paid.

Otherwise, I will be forced to initiate other procedures to protect my rights.
