Nike complaint: Poor Customer Service

My complaint:

I ordered some products on April 21, 2021. I received a partial shipment on April 27, 2021. I contacted Nike customer service to make an inquiry thrpugh email on April 28th and by phone on May 4, 2021 to find out where the balance of the order is. I was told that Nike says it was shipped and delivered. And, they’d open an investigation and I’d receive an email correspondence. I received an email on May 4th from someone named Isaac in customer service saying my delivery could take up to 14 days. So I waited. I reached out on the May 19,.2021 to follow up and received an email from Isaac saying there is an alternate account with my name on it and that was a violation of Nike policy and stopped communicating and responding to my requests for further information. I requested information on this alternative account 3 more times and was never answered as this could be an identity theft issue that I should know about. However, Isaac has still not responded. I also reached out to Nike through IG on May 25, 2021 and was assured someone would reach out to me. I reached out again on IG June 1, 2021 and still no response. I am.out the product and the money and the customer service I received was nothing short of horrendous.

Suggested solution:

I was a refund for the items not received. My order number is (C00597188698) and I am missing the apparel items. The sneakers were received.
