NH Hotels complaint: Rude reception staff

My complaint:

For two nights running staying at this hotel we have been waiting at the bar and ignored by member of staff in reception desk- 19th and 20th March 2022. Whilst acknowledging that the reception staff member covers both the front reception desk and the bar, i did not expect a shrugged shoulder when I asked if I could be served in order of turn! This has happened on the last two nights …
Most likely as covering the bar and reception qt busier times is not a reasonable ask of 0ne person- however it takes nothing to attend to people in turn…or to acknowledge they are waiting! Very rude serive

Suggested solution:

If you are advertising a 24 bar service with someone available to serve....please resource this. Frankly there is no bar service if reception is busy! Disappounting for a supposed 4 star hotel service!
