My complaint:
I had a reservation which allowed cancellation without penalties prior to 4.00 pm on the day of arrival.
I believed I had cancelled the said reservation almost a week before arrival.
I checked my reservations profile which did not show any upcoming reservation.
Like ALL reputed Hotels, who send preadvise of your forthcoming reservation, I would have cancelled the said reservation.
To my surprise, there were 2 Debits on my CC of
Card-Nh Campo De G..
-€ 45,76 and
-147,76 €.
When asked, the Reservation lady stated that it was a prepaid reservation…??? Total false statements.
This not the way to deal with your clients.
