My complaint:

I’m 76 yrs old and I made the mistake of slip in my card too many time and . They lock my card
So I haven’t been able to take my money out and I need to pay my bills and rent . They ask me for documents I sent them my benefits I’d that has my picture and my social security card as well and other documents. But they are telling me it’s not good enough. At the moment I don’t have a State ID because I lost it . Please help me

I need my card on block so I could take my money out thank you
