Netflix complaint: Without myself I have logged in two email and it has been detected twice in my savings account

My complaint:

I am using Netflix for the first time I registered in two email id the first email id password I forgot agin I reset and I was signing up but it was not opeining agin I thought to register agin to open n sign but it has detected twice detect in my savings account please refund the one account

Suggested solution:

Refund one account amount another account I will continue sir
