My complaint:
Furst agent did not understand my issue after explaining it to her several times. She finally said since youbcan watch a movie then you are not having an issue. I told her that was never our issue. She said please hold. Then after a few minutes, click she was gone
.Second agent sane problem. Because you can watch a movie there is no problem. You guys are not understanding my problem. Problem is: we can not scroll to find movies or shows. It keeps freezing. Apparently Netflix feels that is not a problem.
Suggested solution:
Listen to the customer. Hire educated people. Quit blaming it on the device or internet.
