My complaint:
My daughter travels for work and personal, Our whole family and household travel’s for work and personal and we are not able to use the services while traveling. We use Roku and firestick and instead of watching on a small screen when we can watch on a normal size screen. Well Netflix told me that I can add another account or add a line for . $7.99. I asked why would I pay more money when I’m not getting what I’m paying for now.
