Netflix complaint: Netflix Subscription

My complaint:

I paid Netflix Subscription bill on 11 July 2023 2.05am using Google Pay. But the payment was not updated in that Netflix account, Kindly review.

Suggested solution:

Update my payment in that Netflix account or else refund the amount.
