My complaint:
I have been a customer of Netflix for over 10 years. Netflix used to have new American films every week, but now they never have anything new. They lost some as new, but generally they are either foreign films or films from the 90’s or early 2000’s. Your catalog is old and stale also. It’s time to reinvent Netflix because it stinks right now.
Suggested solution:
Add more new films and tv shows every week. Millions of us are stuck at home and Netflix should be taking advantage of this to gain new customers. Instead you have the same boring old garbage, week after week, month after month. I’m sick of it!
