My complaint:
I have been going through my old bank statement and from May 2018 Netflix have been charging me twice a month once on or around the 5th of the month and then the normal charge I would expect on the 18th of the month. So totalling it up it come to an overcharge of £197.03.
The overcharge began in May 2018 after a mistake Netflix made in April 2018.
I can offer a full break down of the overcharge but Nexflix should be able to see it on my account. The overcharge itself makes no sense because on a monthly basis it can range from £6.63 to £8.73
I have tried today to contact Nexflix via phone and just get caught in a long phone que.
Suggested solution:
Pay me back the money they owe me maybe a little more to compensate for them stealing from me and the time I have had to spend on sorting this out.
