My complaint:
For the last 7 months we were getting charged by Netflix twice. I called Netflix and they said they could only refund me back for the last 3 months. Called the financial institution and they couldn’t help me either because the other charges were past 118 days.
Suggested solution:
I did receive a 3 month refund but they still owe me for 4 months of $13.95month equaling $55.80. I would like my money refunded back to me.
