My complaint:
I signed up for Netflix about 6 months ago. I gave my children my user name and password because we had up to 4 lines. We only use 2 In our home. What gives netflix??? My daughter can no longer get netflix because she doesn’t live in our home???
Suggested solution:
Count the lines we're paying for, not the addresses
