My complaint:

I signed up for the Netflix basic plan, but the from the credit card company showed a higher amount. Apparently they said that I signed up for the premium plan, which definitely was my intention. Within 2 hours I called after opening the account and there is no way they can change my monthly charge to what I believe they should charge. Not customer friendly. I thought about stopping payment through the credit card company and canceling my account. That is not a good way to start my Netflix subscription.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Same day within 2 hours of signing up they should adjust the charge on the same billing day rather than changing the subscription a month later. I can live with it but feel cheated.
