My complaint:

My netflix account has already been hacked three times by way of stolen e-mail address and password, even thou I´ve changed my password twice, always by the same person. Do, please let me know how to proceed.

Suggested solution:

- The e-mail address should be banned.
- Never accept e-mail change requests without first checking with the original e-mail address.
