My complaint:

Somebody erroneously opened a Netflilx account with my credit card in June 2020. I have contacted Netflix via telephone four times and been told that they have credited my account. The credit was apparently processed on 17 June. This is not the case and I am rather frustrated and annoyed at the lack of Netflix’s responsibility in this matter. They just keep on telling me to take it up with my bank. I have checked my statement and there is no refund in my account. I have been told that since the funds have left their side, my financial institution will need to resolve the issue. This is nonsense and totally unprofessional. When I asked for proof of the refund I was told you can send teh conversation to your email as a proof that a refund has already left our side last June 17 since you did not chat to us to report it, you called us and that conversation is recorded under your account. So technically, there’s no such transcript exists so I can’t send you any.

I would appreciate it if Netflix could sort this matter our and refund me the funds that they fraudulently took off my credit card.
