My complaint:

i have just become aware that i am paying the highest amount for my subscription, i called and spoke to an advisor who has refunded me the £6 for this month however he informed me that i have been paying the higher amount since last august and states i cannot be refunded for this even though i did not opt for the upgrade. I did not receive any emails informing me of an upgrade otherwise i would have declined this sooner. i watch netflix on my TV and do not use any other devices to watch it.
