My complaint:
I registered netfix and i dont use it at all when the trial period is finished i tried to cancel my account and i realised that Netflix customer support doesn’t even try to help me because Izzy is making the billing..
I dont even understand why they didnt give me at least an email adress for Izzy.
I tried to contact Izzy on facebook but they don’t answer at all.
Today i was speaking with Jonathan on chat he didnt even try to help me..
I need to pay because they hiding their contact number?i think its illegal..

cancel my account from the day i tried to contact with Izzy
