My complaint:

They totally have lack trainings for their customer service representatives. They are rude and do not listen to any of your feedbacks. They repeatedly say whatever they want without understanding the whole issue on your end. I talked with a service rep and she is the very rude, sarcastic and doesn’t know how to provide answers. Is this how a top company provide resolution to their users?
