My complaint:
When we just started movie or anything on Netflix it’s not showing us the whole movie. It’s going back and forth every 5 minutes. Its disturbing. We have to start it again and again to wach one show.. When we first took Netflix 3 months before it was very good but now its disturbing. We cant watch any show. What’s the problem? I am an old lady and dont know what to do. I did phone and complain 3 days in a row. All they say we are investigating .
