My complaint:
The turkish series Gonul was removed on July 12th. As it was my favorite series I would like to know why. I called the netflix customer service and the representative seemed clueless. She was not able to tell me anything. Turkish series have done really well on netflix. Netflix has taken off more titles this year than in previous years. I have been a customer for several years, but I’m very displeased with netflix.
