My complaint:
I subscribe Netflix on June 2021 for 499 per year.but Netflix cut down 649 rupees per month e mandatorly from my account without my knowledge. I noticed this message only on 14 dec 2021 and i noticed that you cut down 649 rupees from the date of subscription. So i lost 3894 rupees till this month. I want to remove this e mandatory cutting charges 649 rupees from my account .i also made a call for toll-free number it’s not respond.
Suggested solution:
I want to remove this e mandatory cutting charges of rupees 649 per month of Netflix from my account and also i need to cut off of this premium package 649 per month as soon as possible. I need only yearly subscription for 499 rupees.
